A Message from the Founder
I started Echo + Ember out of a growing conviction that meaningful organizations need more than ideas. They need a thoughtful partner who can help them solve real problems creatively, strategically, and in ways that can actually be sustained.
Over the years, I’ve worked across brand strategy, digital experience, operations, media, and live events—supporting growing organizations as they navigate everything from marketing and messaging to systems, workflows, and execution.
Over the years, I kept seeing the same pattern: good people doing important work, but carrying too much complexity without enough structure or support. I wanted to build a practice that brings together strategy, creativity, and implementation—helping organizations communicate more effectively, operate more intelligently, and make thoughtful use of tools like AI.
